A case of a 35-year-old female suffering from Kidney stones in both kidneys. This case demonstrated the efficacy of homeopathic treatment, particularly in circumstances where conventional options were limited. This patient initially presented with complaints of severe abdominal pain and was advised by a USG to find out the cause. Sonography revealed.

•        Bilateral renal stones, with the largest measuring 4.3 mm.
