1 month old girl, Miss. S.J. was complaining of reddish growth near the left eye. At that time doctor diagnosed it as Hemangioma- a benign tumor and said it will go on its own or if the problem persists then they will have to do a surgical intervention. There was a tumor near her left eye and there was a risk of her vision getting affected because of the tumor. On further investigations, it was found that there were internal and external Hemangiomas. Since there was no treatment possible at that age, the parents opted for Homeopathy. Since then the child is under homeopathic treatment and all her internal and external Hemangiomas were resolved. First, her internal Hemangiomas were cured, and her risk for internal hemorrhage was grossly reduced. Next, her external Hemangiomas started disappearing, and her face which was looking disfigured, almost disappeared, (a tiny part is still remaining, which will also reduce over a period of few years) and her face is looking very pretty now.
What are Hemangioma, its Causes, and treatment
Hemangioma is a Noncancerous growth formed by a collection of the excess of blood vessels. A hemangioma can occur anywhere on the body especially on the skin of the head or neck. These are cosmetically treated with pulsed dye laser, but the treatment is not always successful. The risk of these Hemangiomas is that it can bleed after trauma. Medically sometimes the child is put on anticoagulant therapy to prevent clots. Sometimes surgical intervention is sought which is also not successful. Hemangiomas are also treated by the beta-blocker drug, and timolol gel.
